How to sign up for Crave?
You can sign up for Crave through a number of ways. These ways include the following.
Crave through Apple
You can sign up for Crave through your Apple account. If you do this, you must manage and cancel your Crave subscription through your Apple subscriptions. You will need to go on a computer or an iOS device to manage your subscription.
Crave via Roku
It is great to know that you can sign up for Crave through Roku. This is another handy way to access Crave. As with signing up through Apple you will need to manage your subscription through Roku from your Roku account. Cancel your subscription by signing into your Roku account, you might also be able to pause your subscription there.
Crave through Cable or Mobility provider!
You can also access Crave through your cable or mobility (mobile) provider. Bell Internet, Cable, and Mobility company is a great example in Canada. The drawback to this method is that in order to cancel your subscription, you must contact your specific mobility or Cable provider directly. This method is completely managed by the provider. Please note that in no circumstances will your existing Crave subscription be automatically canceled. You must contact them to cancel it.

Crave through Crave means that you can ignore all the listed ways above and sign up for Crave directly from Crave.ca. This is an excellent way to manage all that is Crave by yourself and at your convenience.
How to Cancel Crave from Crave Account
You may cancel crave at any time from your crave account. Crave is a prepaid service. This means that you pay before you watch. So, if you pay on the first of the month and then decide to cancel, you will have the remaining days in that month/bill cycle to continue watch Crave.
To cancel crave follow the below step by step guide:
- Log into your Crave account by going to Crave Sign-In. You can choose to sign in with your email and password or select “I’m a TV SUBSCRIBER” and follow the instructions. If you select to enter your email and password, then follow the next steps
- Once signed in, you will see “Who’s Watching?” select the main / Admin provide and continue.
- Enter your Passcode if you had one setup. Next Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen to the Profile icon
- Select Edit Profile. Here you can setup PIN, select Language and more. Scroll down and look for Content Access and to the right you will see Manage Profiles. Click on Manage Profiles and continue.
- Once you enter Manage Profiles you will see many options. You can access Provider Linking, Subscriptions, Payment History, Device Manage and Manager Profiles. Click on Subscriptions
- Next you will see the subscriptions you currently have and from here you can select Manage. You will see the card you use to make payments and the current active subscription. You will also see when it is due to renew.
- Next you can click on Manage to choose a different subscription plan or for the purpose of this article you will select Cancel Subscription
You will be presented with a notification of “Are you sure you want to go?” click on CONTINUE CANCELLATION if, you are sure. Cancelling your Crave subscription will also cancel your add-on subscriptions such as STARZ. That is how you cancel your crave subscription through your crave account.
