How to Access and Use Defragmentation / Optimize Drives

Click on the defragment and optimize drives tool and a new window will popup. This will be where the magic happens. Also, you should see a window like the below outline. Indicating all the drives that are available to be optimized by defragging.
From here you can go ahead and hit the Analyze button. This will assess your computer and then provide you with a detail look at how your computer will benefit. It will show you what will be optimized and give you an outlined time frame for the task. Once this looks good and or beneficial then go ahead and hit the Optimize button and leave your computer to do its thing. Hence, it is recommended to have this done over night. In addition, you can setup a schedule to have it begin at night time and run throughout the night.
