- Get your phone and swipe down to access the settings menu

- Once you are in accessibility look for and tap on Hearing enhancements
- Now that you are in Hearing enhancements, scroll down and tap on Amplify ambient sound
- You will now see the following – Amplify the world around you. Hear distant sods clearly and put the focus on conversations even when you are somewhere noisy. To use the feature, connect your headphones.
- Hit the toggle switch to activate the feature. You should now see – To start or stop this function, tap the function’s icon on the screen. Now you are all set. Go ahead and select Got It.
Now when you hit the little purple bubble icon (with the ear in it) the feature is activated. So, what this means is that now all the sounds from your phone’s microphone is going to go into your Bluetooth headphones. Or your Bluetooth earbuds, whichever one you have connected.
To test the feature out, just activate the function and bring your phone to another room with music or any appropriate sounds and then use your Bluetooth device to listen in.
