Steps to fix iPhone is disabled and Regain Access
First you will need to connect your iPhone USB cable.
Next, press and release the volume up button and then press and hold the power button. Do this until you see the Apple logo appears. Once the logo appears you are ready to move on to the next steps.
Now you can open iTunes on your PC. You can access items by following this link – Apple iTunes
Next connect you USB cable. On iTunes on your computer you will get a popup. The popup will more than likely display the below message heading:
There is a problem with the iPhone “iPhone” that requires it to be updated or restored
Click on Restore
You will now see the following notification:
Are you sure you want to restore the iPhone “iPhone” to its factory settings? All of your media and other data will be erased and the newest version of the iPhone software will be installed.
Now you can click on Restore and Update. You may now see the following message:
To update your iPhone without eracing its contents, click update. To restore your iPhone to its factory settings click Restore iPhone.
Once you select your desired option your iPhone will start preparing to restore the software on your iPhone.
When restore is completed you can proceed to setup your phone by selecting your language preference, select your country or region. Next you can complete the Quick Start or Set Up Manually. You will need to choose a proper Wi-Fi Network and then continue with iPhones Data & Privacy. From here you may also setup your Face ID and create your new Passcode or you may opt out of these. You can now follow the remaining prompts to complete setup. Your phone will now be ready for use.
