For many of us, getting away from our screen (whether it be computer or the more popular cellphones) can be hard to do. It is however important to know that this is a health risk. The Samsung industry knows this and as a result has taken many strides in what is now known as “Samsung Health”.
Samsung health comes in many forms on your phones over the years. For this article and tutorial I have decided to keying on the Digital Wellbeing option in the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus.
Accessing the Samsung Health – Digital Wellbeing
The following steps that I am about to outline will take you to the digital wellbeing options in your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus device. Here you will get an overview of how you use your phone and what you spend the most time on.
You will also see options to Set Goals for your Screen Time and even App Timers. Within the Digital Wellbeing screen you will also have options on Ways to Disconnect, Bedtime Mode and also Check on your Kids with the Parental Controls options.
How to Find the Digital Wellbeing Options?
- Pull your drop down menu screen and touch the gear icon (SETTINGS) in the upper right hand corner
- From here scroll down and locate the following options: Digital Wellbeing and parental Controls:
Select the option. From here you will see all available selections to help you improve your healthy habits on step and one day at a time. Good luck.
