Samsung Phones now have two ways to take pictures. For this article we will look at how to take pictures with voice command on Samsung. We will also make mention of the other two ways in which you can take pictures on your Samsung Devices.

Setting Up Your Phone for Shooting Methods

  • Go into your Camera
  • Go up to your settings in the upper left hand corner
  • Scroll down till you see “Shooting Methods
  • Select shooting methods
  • Now you can turn on Voice commands – to take pictures by saying “Cheese“, “Smile“, “Shoot” or “Capture“. You may also record videos by saying the words “Record Video
  • Here you can also turn on Floating Shutter button – This will Add an extra Shutter button. This extra button you can move anywhere on the screen. This could come in handy.
  • Finally – in this setting page you can turn on Show Palm option. This allows you to show your palm to the camera to take a selfie. This option is mostly come preselected on Samsung Devices.
